«Communication» is responsible to coordinate all communication topics (e.g. participant information) and make sure translations into necessary languages (German, French, Italian, English) are done in time.

As area lead of «communication» you are in charge to coordinate all communications. This means you have to have a good eye for deadlines and to work closely with other members of the CMT – to gather all required information in time. Furthermore, you coordinate the translations of all texts (you don’t need to translate by yourself though it’s a big advantage in case you can do so). If you’d like to have an important role and make sure our communication processes are running smoothly we’re happy to hear from you!

The members of unit (troop) support are the first contact persons for the troop leaders. They make sure everything runs smoothly within our units and support unit leaders in word and deed.

As a member of this area, you support the troop leaders of your assigned units and make sure they are well prepared for the Jamboree. During the camp you’re going to communicate with the troop leaders regularly and use your coaching and/or scouting experience to help them with any problem or question that may arise.
